 |  I did not start my credit history on the right foot. I didn't know anything about credit or how to use it. I did just about everything wrong with loans, credit cards, and worst of all when I got laid off from work I couldn't pay my bills... I have been trying to recover since. Both my husband and I are extremely busy –we despise the process of car shopping, looking and or sitting in a car dealership in our spare time was NOT AN OPTION. We did not step foot into any dealership of the brands we had in mind until our deal was completely pre-negotiated for us. We sort of knew what we wanted, but it was Frank with his vast body of knowledge and endless list of contacts, who was able to educate us with the pros and cons of each brand we had in mind. And of course this included the pricing options behind them and then of course the quality of the service we should expect. Let me be very clear- once we decided, we just showed up at the dealership, our service and sale was exactly as how Frank described it would be, and both our contract and car was ready. | For me, buying a vehicle has always been a nightmare. I was referred to Frank more than a year ago when I had to purchase a mini-van for my office and, for the first time in my life, the experience was positive and stress-free. Frank really understands the principles of good customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and patient. Once the purchase was made, I felt like I had gotten the best deal available. Then, a couple of weeks ago, I again had to purchase a minivan, but this time for myself. I went back to Frank, hoping that the second experience would be as positive as the first, and it was! Again, the amazing Customer service! | Again, Frank has helped me buy my second car. Because of the advice and excellent assistance from Frank, I am very happy and thrilled with my purchase and really enjoy driving my new car. | Words really can't describe what Frank did for me. I was in a consumer proposal and in dire need of a new car. I was afraid to ask for help out of fear of getting back into debt with a major purchase. Then my car broke down and the bill to repair the car was more than the car was actually worth. I had no choice but to reach out to my Trustee and Credit Councillor who put me in touch with Frank which was the best thing to ever happen to me. Frank and Taylor (who worked with Frank to help me) treated me with respect by listening to my concerns and answering my questions with their honest opinions. Frank and Taylor both knew of my consumer proposal and was still able to help me secure a loan and get me into another vehicle in 2 to 3 weeks. | I was put in contact with Frank last year by my son who purchased a vehicle from him. I was in dire straits and desperately needed a reliable vehicle to get back and forth to work My present vehicle was falling apart before my eyes . At the time that I spoke with Frank I was nearing the end of my bankruptcy Frank worked tirelessly and effortlessly to help me get a vehicle that is reliable. It took almost 6 months but Frank kept working on it ! I owe Frank my never ending gratitude for all the work that he did in those 6 months.
