I have been buying vehicles from Frank for many years. He has always taken the time to explain every detail about a purchase and has always came up with solutions when I thought I had hit a dead-end. On Sept. 29, 2012 I purchased a new vehicle through Frank. I can't believe the time he took to help me through the problems I encountered. At one point, I had accepted the fact that I would not qualify for a new vehicle through Ford.
Frank spent a couple more days to find a solution and options for me and make it possible for the new vehicle to be purchased. I know he spent a lot of time to help me. I don't know of any other salesperson who would go that far for his customer.

Buying a new Motor Vehicle is a very challenging process. It is not something that can be done with the snap of a finger. You need to fine the right team to help you through the process. For all the running around and reading and comparing features and dealing with staff at Dealerships, I came back to one - Yorkdale Ford and Mr. Frank Gucciardi. In the beginning we went through the whole process of numbers and features and here is what I can offer.

With all the haggling and trying to make it all work Frank was able to make it work. I felt comfortable working with Frank.

I would highly recommend his services as a knowledgable and understanding person who will help ease the headaches of buying a motor vehicle.

Hi Frank,

Just wanted to follow up our last brief telephone conversation. Unfortunately was just heading into a meeting and did not have a chance to talk at any length.

Prior to Toni putting us into contact with each other (which I am glad she did) I put a couple of thousand dollars into my used car. I am in that classic situation with a used car that you out $2,400 in repairs in and if you can get one year out of it, in reality the same as a $200.00 month car payment. Gave it some thought and may be the entrepreneur in me but will roll the dice and see if the car will take me to the spring (April/May of 2013). At this point if not sooner I will call you and we will close the deal.

I do not believe in wasting other pro’s time and also am a loyalty guy and appreciate you have been very proactive in forwarding me car deals that come up. I wanted to let you know I appreciate your efforts to date. Understand why Toni speaks so highly of you.

So within the next year will be back in contact with you and we will find a nice vehicle.

As a new graduate I was looking for a new, reliable and affordable car on a very short time schedule. Frank provided me with excellent service by delivering all the above and then some! I LOVE my new car and it came with more than I expected. Frank thank you so much. I couldn't be happier.

As a recent graduate I have been searching high and low for my first new reliable and reasonably priced car. Safety, quality, affordability and a short time frame to ownership were at the height of my list. After meeting with Frank and expressing my wants and needs he worked quickly and efficiently to deliver EXACTLY what I wanted. Frank contacted me within a week of being referred. He was alwasy promp at returning e-mails and when I called he was there. He got me approval quickly and then started searching for vehicles. He found me a couple of great options, demos with very low kms. I had decided on one demo and then another salesman sold it. Frank was undaunted, he searched again and gave me a great deal on the lease of a brand new 2012 Ford Escape. The interest rate was much better than I had hoped for. When I met Frank in person, he was even more personable and courteous. Thanks Frank for everything, I have already mentioned his name to one person looking for a car.

Frank's knowledge of the car market and his connections to the top dealers in the Province enabled us to select the right vehicle at the lowest possible cost while receiving first class service. My wife and I truly value exceptional personalized customer service which is why we faithfully call Frank when we are in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle.

Who has the time to constantly study the ever changing car market place... That is where Frank's expertise pays a dividend!

I was a first time car buyer and was very unaware of the car buying process. I had little to no idea what kind of car I wanted, and a two week deadline. I was very stressed and Frank was there for me. He walked me through the entire process step by step, and made it easy to understand. I would recommend Frank to anyone looking for a vehicle. There is no one that will make the process more stress free or take better care of you.
